SCT™
LEADING THE
WAY FORWARD

The science of stress-magnetisation in steel was little known in the world until we initiated and funded a research project jointly conducted with the University of Leeds UK. Our research team at the University has discovered in precise detail the relationship of stress and magnetic fields produced by steel structures under localised corrosive, metallurgical and mechanical stresses. The existence and location of these defects can now be identified through an automated algorithmic analysis of magnetic data collected by using our patented hardware UNISCAN™. This method of data collection is now known internationally as SCT™ - Stress Concentration Tomography.
